The Strollometer works by attaching to your handlebar and then the wheel of your stroller. The instructions will walk you through step by step of what needs to be done. I found the web site instructions to be easier than the ones that came with the Strollometer. If you've ever put a speedometer on a bike, you should be good to go with the Strollometer. There are some wheel calculations that you need to enter but between the instructions and the website, you've got all the stroller makers that you should need.
It's great to be able to visualize how much walking time and distance you're really getting in. Maybe you've been calculating low or high when trying to workout. Perhaps you want to know how far you've gone or how fast in order to challenge yourself a bit more the next time. The Strollometer can do either.
This can be a really great way to help any mom postpartum or pregnant with toddler focus on her workout without a lot of thought. Since we know the benefits of exercise in pregnancy and postpartum, it goes without saying that a product as inexpensive and practical as this one deserves a lot of praise.
